| | | Dr. Radu Conelea
With over 30 years' experience in exploration and mining geology, Dr. Conelea has guided Billiton, Santa Fe Pacific Gold, Placer Dome and Barrick to major gold discoveries in Nevada.
Career highlights:
- Involved in numerous projects on Nevada's Carlin, Cortez and Getchell trends. Five advanced programs led to resource evaluation and mining.
- Managed the Rabbit Creek project during discovery stage, leading to the discovery of the primary structure hosting the bulk of the gold deposit at Newmont's Twin Creeks Mine (Conelea Anticline).
- Responsible for discovery of the Skarn Hill gold deposit on the Carlin trend as part of Barrick's Goldstrike District.
- Conducted the first United States Economic Geology research in Antarctica, sponsored by the National Science Foundation in 1980.
Dr. Conelea is a full-time employee of Rye Patch Gold and works as the Company's Chief Geologist.

| | | Mr. Ronaldo Marcio Pinto da Silva
Mr. Pinto da Silva is a graduate of Instituto de Geociencias da UFMG (Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais) and has over 26 years' experience as a structural and exploration geologist in Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Mexico and Nevada.
Career highlights:
Instrumental in the discovery of the San Carlos Deposit (Gencor/Billington,in Ecuador);
- Responsible for reinterpretation of the Cantera Cordoba area at the Las Cristinas Project (Placer Dome, Venezuela) which added 2 Moz gold to the resource;
- Led the structural and resource modeling of the Getchell Deposit (Placer Dome, Nevada) which identified a 14.8 Moz gold resource;
- Provided structural interpretation of Pueblo Viejo Deposit (Barrick, Dominican Republic) and generated a drilling program which delineated an additional 3-5 Moz of gold;
- Involved in the structural modeling of Cerro Casale Project in Chile, and;
- Discovered the Mascota/Creston Colorado deposit of the Pinos Altos project (Agnico-Eagle, Mexico).
Ronaldo is a full-time employee of Rye Patch Gold and works as the Company's Senior Exploration Geologist.
